After a full-time job and taking care of my family I was lost after the first few years of retirement. I knew I needed to organize my day. When I look back I regret not smelling the roses and instead kept thinking I should be busy as hell. Now a few years wiser I realize it’s really my turn to enjoy myself and the people around me. I still organize my day but the things on my daily schedule are the activities I enjoy and not a ton of work just to keep me busy. Right now I’m content with slowing down and just smelling the roses. Making sure I eat healthy food and get enough exercise.
I began to think about organizing my day and all the calendars that are out there for sale and decided that my day is so much easier now. I found a great easy no fuss planner at target for dates and birthdays I need to keep. But for every day, I made my own printable thatI fill out every evening. I am hoping it will make your day a lot simpler.
