When I started to meditate, It got very frustrating. All kinds of stuff would be running through my mind. I would think about yesterday or catch myself worrying about something minor. But as I found out through doing a little research, I was doing it right. All I had to do was make the effort to come back to my breath when my mind started wandering. Even if it didn’t stay there long, I just kept trying to catch myself. Eventually, mind wandering happens less but be reassured it happens at every sitting. You can’t do it wrong!!
